RENTAL MANAGEMENT

In Obzor Beach Resort you could own an apartment and at the same time to earn a revenue from it. We undertake the property management for every owner that wants to take advantage of this service.
In Obzor Beach Resort we take care that every visitor is being hospitably welcomed and served so that he could feel a special guest. Most of our tourists are coming back again, because they like to have the same wonderful holiday spent with us.

We have signed contracts with leading licensed tour operators, well optimized website and an effective advertisement thanks to which in the previous years we have achieved very good occupancy.

Your apartment can also be rented as we undertake the full property management: finding tourists, servicing, cleaning and maintenance of the apartment, paying on your behalf bills for electricity, water and other expenses related to the activities. You only get a report on our activities and your revenue. At the same time you can use holiday home in the summer.

MAINTENANCE

Тhe maintenance of the complex includes:

- Cleaning and maintaining the common parts of the buildings and common parts of the complex
- Cleaning and maintaining of the green areas
- Cleaning and maintaining of the swimming pools
- Security 24/7 all year round
- Reception
- Technical maintenance of the installations, equipment and facilities
- Insurance
- Water and electricity bills of the common parts.

Each owner is obliged to pay an annual maintenance fee depending on the property that he owns.

Owners can use without additional payment:

- Swimming pools including lifeguard, umbrellas, sunbeds
- Fitness
- Animation for kids and adults

Obzor Beach Resort reserves the right to change this list.

ADDITIONAL SERVICES

The Management Company offers to the owners additional services for their comfortable stay in the complex at an extra charge:

- Breakfast and dinner (buffet)
- Safe
- Internet
- Business and conference services
- Laundry, drying, ironing
- Extra cleaning and changing bed linen and towels
- Additional facilities for children: baby cot, baby chair, stroller
- Babysitting for babies from 0 to 2 years old in the apartment
