Information for buyers

In Obzor Beach Resort you buy a fully furnished and equipped apartment, ready for use in a 4 stars apart-complex that has been operating since 2007, managed and maintained by an experienced management company. With the purchase of an apartment with us, you know in advance the condition of the property that you are buying, the organization of the public services in the complex, as well as the environment of the place in which you will live.

How to buy?

You can look at our offers in section Apartments and contact us for more information and advice. Our sales office is located in the complex and we will gladly show you the apartments you are interested in.
Once you choose an apartment you can reserve it with a payment of 2000 Euros deposit.  A Reservation guarantees you that this apartment will not be sold to another buyer who would be interested in this property until the signing of the Preliminary Contract for Sale-Purchase. The final contract in notarial form is signed within 2 months and during this period the full amount for the apartment shall be paid. For some of the apartments we can offer payment on installments. 
Listed prices of the apartments do not include commissions of any third parties, agencies or brokers. 

In case you have the need we offer legal services at an additional fee.

The cost for notary transfer shall be paid by the Buyer.
